8.30am-9.30am on MCEC concourse
Saturday 21st March
7.30am-9.00am on MCEC concourse
Sunday 22nd March
7.30am-9.00am on MCEC concourse
(Aim to turn up at the commencement of registration, not 5 minutes from the end)
All coaches, competitors and umpires MUST report to one of the registration sessions to gain your passes. They will not be given to 3rd parties to collect.
No passes will be allocated to Spectators – we advise you pre-purchase your spectator passes from the link below, to avoid the long queues.

We advise international & interstate travellers to plan to be present for the entire event as there will be no refunds for travel plans affected by changes to schedule.
Information for Participants
- All participants MUST be accredited to compete
- All coaches MUST be accredited to coach
- Accreditation & weigh-in times will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Check information page for registration times
- Coach must display ID card to the main umpire prior to each match
- The event is a 3 day event, organizer reserves the right to amend schedule
- Final schedule will be announced 1 week prior to the championships
