First Aid Courses

first aid courses

ITF Taekwon-Do, in conjunction with Global Fitness Institute, are able to deliver Nationally Recognized First Aid Courses.

Classes are conducted at our campuses, or in many cases in your dojang, workplace, gym, school or sporting club.

We offer flexible learning options at very reasonable prices.

With theory content and videos online, students are only required to physically attend the practical training and assessment. This means less down time from work.

We also travel all over the country. Optionally, Clubs can make a first aid course part of a weekend Taekwondo event, such as seminars, camps and tournaments.

All courses are overseen by Master Michael Muleta, who in addition to being an 8th Degree Black Belt, is also the CEO of Global Fitness Institute.

Knowledge of first aid promotes a healthy, secure and a safer environment, and instills confidence amongst people, their families, colleagues and associates. Basic first aid knowledge is very helpful in dealing with trauma situations. Not just the medical help they provide, but the confidence they exhibit is very helpful during casualties. Being trained to provide first aid is useful to oneself and society.

The 5 top reasons why first aid training is so important include:
• Increases safety
• Helps save lives:
• Helps relieve pain
• Makes people more secure
• Prevents the situation from becoming worse
