ITF Umpire Coach Course

An Official ITF sanctioned ITF Umpiring & Coaching course is being conducted on behalf of the International Taekwon-Do Federation on Saturday 5th August, 2023
The session will run from 5.00pm -.8.30pm (Melbourne time)
Students of all ages and ranks are welcome to take part in the session.
Particpants of the course will be elgible for
- A-Class ITF Umpire (4th Degree & above)
- B-Class ITF Umpire (1st – 3rd Degree – 18 years +)
- C- Class ITF Umpire (1st Gup & above from 16-17 years)
(Note: ITF Umpire Quals expire after 3 years, so if your last course was prior to 2020, you need to renew it)
Students will learn the Umpire rules and application of rules as they pertain to ITF International championships.
All members are welcome and encouraged to participate, even those not attending the upcoming ITF World Games.
All those wishing to act as either an Umpire, or a Coach at the upcoming ITF World Games in Korea, must have completed this course, if you don’t already appear on the ITF published register.
The session will cover all ITF events – Sparring, Patterns, Special Techniques, Power, both team and individual.
It is a useful session not only for officials, but also for competitors and coaches.
As it is a participation based seminar, spectators and filming is not permitted.
