Self Defense PT Sessions
Self Defense personal training sessions will focus on attack and defense movements from various scenarios.
Sessions range from beginning to advanced depending on the client’s previous experience and skill level.
The typical session will include not only awareness training, but from a physical aspect, some pad/bag work, some releases from holds, locks and take-downs.
Additionally, you will gain an appreciation of your potential weapons and a knowledge for where to strike for maximum results.
No martial arts experience or high level of fitness required to book a self defense session.
However, for those who want to be pushed and make it their fitness workout for the day, we’ll make it a taxing workout.
Book in for expert 1 on 1 tuition with one of Australia’s leading Martial Arts instructors, Master Michael Muleta 8th Degree Black Belt.
With over 30 years in martial arts, and having taught around the World, you will gain expert tuition and attention.
We make use of our outstanding facilities and equipment at the ITF Centre of Excellence. As a result, we can offer you the best environment and quality service to get the best out of your session.
As Self Defense skills require practice, we advise that you plan to complete a handful of sessions to become competent.
Nonetheless, even in a one-off session, we’re confident you’ll go away with some basic strategies that work.
If you’re a bit nervous to come on your own, you can book in with a friend (simply select two people when booking).
Groups are also catered for.
