Boxing Instructor workshop – Global Trainer ™ is an introductory course designed to teach the basics of boxing for fitness.

The participant will learn and develop teaching/instructing skills and techniques using boxing gloves and focus pads.

They will develop a variety of different training methods to create a fun, safe and effective workout for 1 on 1 personal training or group fitness instruction.

It is the perfect compliment to your Taekwon-Do skills and adds another dimension to your offerings as an instructor.

You may wish to lead boxing group training sessions for schools or corporate.

The workshop comprises mainly of pad/bag work inside the ring, along with some additional physical conditioning exercises. A focus will be on the teaching methodology to allow you to structure sessions methodically.

Additionally, you will gain an appreciation of your potential weapons and a knowledge for where to strike for maximum results. You will develop good boxing skills, although the session is primarily fitness based.

This 2 hour practical course provides an interactive learning experience, and all participants will receive a Global Trainer Certificate.
