I accept that the organizers reserve the right to match Teams as closely as possible, based on the entries received. I understand that the organizers reserve the right to alter the competition schedule, based on Team entry levels.
I understand it is my full responsibility, as coach to ensure Team arrives at their event, on time, and with correct attire and equipment (where applicable).

I understand there are NO REFUNDS for withdrawal prior to, or on the day of the event; non-attendance on the day ; failure to report to the ring on time resulting in missing my match; disqualification for any reason including due to incorrect equipment/uniform or incorrect weigh in information (more than 5kgs); dissatisfaction with match result or refusal of visa (overseas participants).
