Please note: Due to the close proximity of the Championships, the Organizing Committee is no longer arranging accommodation for guests.

Countries/Participants who elected NOT to book their accommodation through the Organizing Committee MUST PAY an administration fee of US $150.00 per person by the closing date for registrations (July 1^st, 2006), to obtain the Competitor / Coach / VIP / Supporter or Umpire ID Card. 

Countries arriving to the event without an Official ID card will be charged the above administration fee, in addition to the ‘Pay on arrival surcharge’ of 20%. The competitor / coach competition Inscription fee is a separate fee, also subject to payment deadlines.

Participation in the championships, or associated events (including ITF congress), will NOT be permitted to any person without an Official ID Card issued by the organizers. Also, for security purposes, persons without Official ID cards will not be permitted into the stadium.

Payment upon arrival

Any required payments still outstanding at the time of arrival will incur a 20% surcharge applicable to all outstanding amounts, and must be paid at the registration check-in point (cash only). Persons not fully financial in respect to all costs prior to 13^th September, 2006 will not be permitted to participate in any aspect of the championships or associated events.
